Info. on entertainers that Meet & Greet fans?

Does anyone know if the following entertainers do a meet & greet with fans:

1.) Tony Orlando & Lennon Sisters

2.) Johnny Lee [show review?]

3.) Moe Bandy

I do know these entertainers do:

1.) Gatlin Brothers

2.) Bill Medley

3.) Paul Revere (sometimes)

4.) Bobby Vinton (I have been told)

5.) Andy Williams (at the Moon River Grille)

6.) Dave Sommerville

7.) Bill Haley's Comets

8.) Yakov

This does not include the many local shows.

It's been years, but Tony Orlando was very personable, during and after the show's when we've seen him in Branson.

We saw The Lennon Sisters show last night and they mentioned that they would be in the lobby after the show to meet and greet.

Johnnie Lee meets and sign autographs after his show. I really thought his show was good. As far as Andy Williams, good luck talking to him at his grille. I went up to him at the grille after seeing his show and told him I was at the show that night and how I enjoyed it and asked him to autograph a picture that I had purchased at the show. Boy did I get the cold shoulder. He never looked me in the eye, just said, "I don't have a pen," and turned his back to me. I will never go to another of his shows or to the grille again. He is the only rude person I have ever run into in Branson.

What is he...like almost 90 now? I doubt you'll have to worry about it much longer...

Why didn't YOU have an pen, available? I always carry an ink pen & a felt- tip in my purse, when I'm in Branson, just in case I "need" an autograph or CD signed........ jmo......

Lack of a pen is not the issue. Turning his back to you is incredibly ill mannered. I have never wanted to see his show, but I did eat at the grill once. I'll be sure never to do it again. Thanks for the info.

Well, I had the opposite experience at the Moon River Grill. My husband and I were eating there, not long after the grand opening, and Andy was there with a group of people. Of course, I would never intrude on his meal, but I did catch his eye, smiled and waved, and he smiled and waved back.

Joe Diffie stays after the show until everyone who wants to meet him gets to. He visits with each person, signs anything they want him to and allows all the photography anyone wants. He is very appreciative of his fans.

Branson is rare, in the fact that most of the entertainers are so willing to spend time with their fans.

One "true lady' I love to visit with is Leona Williams @ Grand Ladies. She always has time to talk with her fans. She is so easy to talk to....

Jim Owen is another very out-going entertainer, fun to visit with......

We went to the Entertainers show this summer and the performers came out during intermission and they lined up in a receiving line after the show. My 12 year old son plays the trumpet and enjoyed talking with the man who played the trumpet in the show. He encouraged my son to keep practicing so he could better, and told him that he himself practiced 3 to 4 hours daily.

I should have told Dean Church to learn some ELO stuff. It would be perfect for him.

The Tillis Family

After the Tillis Family Reunion Show last year, Mel and all 3 of his 'kids' were in the lobby to meet and greet. Pam and April were 'the best' at noticing fans with cameras and they would quickly grab their dad and brother and pose either with or for fans who wanted pics.

Clay Cooper and Paul Harris

So far no one has mentioned the "Branson Entertainers" who meet and greet. 2 of our favorites always have time for their fans. Paul Harris was out after his show to visit, shake hands and take a pic if you wanted it.

Clay Cooper and 2 or 3 of his cast members always come out during intermission to visit with fans. Clay is around again after the show meeting people --- and we've seen him 'escorting' tour bus groups to their seats before the show and after the show he sometimes goes to the bus to talk to the group.

Meet & greet

Yes, the Lennon Sisters always sign cds, pictures, etc. after their show, and even let you get your picture taken with them. They are just as nice off stage, as on. I didn't get to meet Tony Orlando, as he had a meeting. Daniel O'Donnell also visits after his show. He stood for over an hour greeting everyone. I got a picture taken with him, and he even gave me a peck on the cheek!
The Pierce Arrow Singers are also very friendly. They come out front during intermission, and sign autographs and pose for pictures.
The Gatlin Brothers also come out after the end of their show, and sign autographs. The time I met them, though, they were very unfriendly! It changed my opinion of them.
